  1. Service DescriptionHealth on Cloud is a medical coordination platform that connects patients with international medical professionals.We are not a hospital and do not provide emergency care. However, our services may include:
    • Case review by our in-house licensed physicians and affiliated Global Medical Consultants
    • (When applicable) Consultation with the patient’s primary physician
    • Referrals to suitable hospitals or specialists abroad
    When appropriate and requested by the user, we may also assist with medical travel arrangements, including:
    • Scheduling overseas medical appointments
    • Connecting with third-party services for visa support, travel, accommodation, and medical interpretation
    Please note that while Health on Cloud employs qualified medical doctors, our primary role is coordination and facilitation. We do not operate as a hospital or travel agency, and any travel-related services are provided through vetted third-party partners.
  2. Use of Personal and Medical InformationBy submitting your information, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of personal and medical data solely for the following purposes:
    • Medical case review by our in-house licensed physicians and affiliated Global Medical Consultants
    • Coordination and referral to medical institutions or professionals
    • (If applicable) Assistance with medical travel and communication with hospitals, embassies, and support partners
    Your information will only be shared with authorized personnel or institutions directly involved in the coordination of your care.
  3. No Medical LiabilityHealth on Cloud provides coordination and advisory services but does not guarantee any specific diagnosis, treatment outcome, or the availability of particular doctors or institutions. All medical treatment decisions are made independently by licensed medical service providers. Any agreements, financial arrangements, or treatment contracts between patients and providers are outside of Health on Cloud’s responsibility and control.
  4. Limitation of LiabilityHealth on Cloud shall not be liable for:
    • Decisions or actions taken by third-party medical providers
    • Delays, miscommunications, or unexpected treatment results
    • Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
  5. ModificationsWe reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
  6. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea (or your applicable jurisdiction).
